Monthly account statements will be e-mailed via Renweb the first of each month. It is important that all accounts be paid by the 7th of each month or a $50.00 late fee will be assessed. We will strictly enforce the late fee payment beginning with the August payment. If you have any questions concerning your account, please contact the school offices.
Earn A Free Month of Tuition
Hamilton Heights has always relied on referrals to gain new students for the new year. Remember, if you refer a student who actually attends HHCA, you will receive one month tuition for each student. However, they must tell us at the time they call for information that they were referred by you or your student. Help us recruit new students for the next academic year and help your bank account as well!
Remember all students who drive to school will be required to purchase a parking pass. Passes are $100.00 if purchased in the 1st Semester; $75.00 if purchased in the 3rd Quarter; and $50.00 if purchased in the 4th quarter. Passes will not be required if a student begins driving in April 2019.
Online Registrations For New Families
You must register with a correct e-mail address in order to access your student’s account, grades, lesson plans, and attendance. To register, e-mail Mr. Stone.
It is very important that all forms be turned into the office in a timely manner. These forms are necessary for required information that we must give to local and state institutions as well as our accreditation services.
If you have not completed the new application form (even for returning students) please click here and complete the new form. This will update all required forms.
If your student is new to Hamilton Heights, we will have requested that transcripts and shot records be forwarded from their previous school. If they have not been received by September 15, we will ask you to contact the school and your doctor to get us a current copy of each.
Due to the number of students who do not speak English as their first language, and the importance of their learning to speak and understand English while at Hamilton Heights:
Students who speak a language other than English (except in cases where they are asked to interpret or need explanation by or for a faculty member) on the school premises, will have their electronic devices (cell phones) confiscated for one day. Consideration will be given to those students who cannot speak English at all.
