The School Offices will be closed from Wednesday, June 5 through Friday, June 7. The offices will be closed on Monday -Thursday, June 10 - 13; however, the faculty will be conducting summer school from 9:00 - 3:00 if you need to drop of your tuition payment during those days. They will be in the door to the church directly across from the glass doors of the school. |

Summer school will be from June 10 through June 27, Monday - Thursday. The schedule for summer school is as follows:
Social Studies 9:00 - 10:30
Math: 10:30 - 12:00
Science: 12:00 - 1:30
English: 1:30- 3:00
Classes are $300.00 per subject per 1/2 credit; $500.00 per full credit. Payment is made directly to the teacher, not to Hamilton Heights. Payments must be made at least on a weekly basis. They may be paid in full the first week. Summer school credits can be used to replace grades from the regular school year. If you were not contacted about summer school, but would like your student to participate, please contact Mr. Stone.

The school office hours during the summer are Tuesday - Fridays, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Be sure to call before you come to insure that someone is in the office.

2013-2014 Financial Accounts |

Please find a copy of your family account statement for the 2013-2014 academic year. It is important that all accounts be paid by the 10th of each month or a $50.00 late fee will be assessed. Also remember, if you pay for the entire year by June 10, 2013, you will receive a 5% discount on your tuition. If you have any offices.
Please remember, If you have re- enrolled, then decide not to attend HHCA next year, you are responsible for payments until you officially withdraw from HHCA. Records will not be released until all financial obligations are met. There will be no exceptions for this policy.

Remember all students who drive to school will be required to purchase a parking pass. Passes are $100.00 if purchased in the 1st Semester; $75.00 if purchased in the 3rd Quarter; and $50.00 if purchased in the 4th quarter. Passes will not be required if a student begins driving in April 2013.
